mikeThe West Covina Unified School District prides itself on attracting the most highly qualified and best available teachers and classified staff for “the finest schools in the valley.” The Human Resources Department recruits, selects, and employs only the finest candidates who will become the caring, hard-working, dedicated staff at our schools as well as part of our family. They offer our students the resources for the finest education possible.

All certificated teachers possess or are in the process of obtaining a clear credential. All new hires are NCLB compliant and will teach in their credential field, while working with a veteran teacher who will assist them with all their initial needs. Our goal is to make sure that we have the most exceptional staff to provide a rigorous and challenging educational program to our students in West Covina.
