Centralized Services
The West Covina Unified School District Centralized Services division runs an efficient and cost effective operation which supports 15 schools in the district. In purchasing, we centralize all our procurement for instructional materials, office and custodial supplies, maintenance equipment, computers and copiers. We have contracted with the U.S. Communities bid for office and maintenance supplies.
Our warehouse operation runs centralized receiving where we receive and tag all fixed asset equipment. Each school has a weekly designated delivery day as they plan accordingly for their site needs.
In reprographics, we run a centralized operation with in-house printing services supporting all 15 schools.
In risk management we perform annual safety audits on every campus for property and liability insurance to ensure our campuses are safe for our students and staff. We also present staff safety trainings to ensure a safe work environment for all staff and visitors.
Our team is proud and ready to serve the students and staff of the West Covina Unified School District.

SAFETY WILLIAMS ACT
We will continue annual safety audits. Daily campus inspections should continue to be monitored by custodians or designated staff members. Work orders should be submitted listing safety issues. Please copy Grace Garner by e-mail ggarner@wcusd.org to ensure a follow up to expedite the safety need.
Monthly cleaning inspections will continue through our third party JPA Risk Management Administrator to comply with Williams Act regulations. Reports will be mailed out to the principal for review with their staff.
