The Educational Services Department is dedicated to supporting the West Covina Unified School District learning community by providing the best possible learning opportunities for students.  Our department implements a variety of services including professional development that supports rigorous and engaging instructional programs while creating a safe and healthy learning environment through the following offices:

As our students continue to succeed, our educators are constantly introduced to the latest instructional practices.  We continue to analyze assessment data to ensure that every student is achieving.  The Educational Services Department works in collaboration with teachers, administrators and parents and instructional decisions are made using the state’s Standardized Testing and Reporting (STAR) data; district periodical assessments and daily classroom assessments based on students’ performance.
