What is the Parent ABI?
The Parent ABI (Aeries Browser Interface) is a web site that allows parents online access to view their students’ information in the WCUSD student information system.

What kind of information is available through Parent ABI?
Through this secure website, parents/guardians will have real-time access to view their students' data including: attendance, grades, graduation status, transcripts, class schedules, emergency contacts, testing data, immunization data and class assignments.  Please note that transcripts printed from the WCUSD’s Parent ABI are considered unofficial and will not be accepted by other schools or colleges.

How can I use ABI?
Access to ABI requires registration to create an account.  In order to create an account, parents must provide their personal email address, the student’s permanent ID number, telephone number, and verification code.  After creating an account, Parent ABI may be accessed through the URL, http://parent.wcusd.k12.ca.us

Where do I obtain the information to create an ABI account?
Information required to create a new ABI account will be mailed home to parents/guardians using the students’ address of record.  If the letter is not received, please call (626) 939-4600, extension 4630 for assistance.

Yes, when a new account is created it will be associated with a user-provided password.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the Parent ABI login screen and follow the instructions on how to create a new password.

During my new account registration, I did not receive a verification email confirming my email address and password.  What should I do next?
Check your Spam folder. Be sure to add techserv@wcusd.org to your “contacts” or “safe senders” list to ensure you receive these emails.

Can more than one parent/guardian have an account to access student data?
Yes, each one would need to register separately and provide their own email address.

I have two students at West Covina Unified School District.  How do I access the information for both of my children?
Create a Parent ABI account for one of your children and login to that account. At the top right-hand side of the screen there is a drop-down box that allows you to add an additional student to your account.

Gradebook information is available for some of my student’s classes, but not for others.  Why?
Faculty conversion to ABI Gradebook is an ongoing process and West Covina Unified School District is making concerted efforts to increase participation.

The contact information on my child’s account is out of date, how can I update it?
Contact the school by telephone to request changes to your child’s contact information.
