The purpose of technology at the West Covina Unified School District is to support, enhance, and accelerate the learning and achievement of the students through the promotion of 21st Century learning skills and outcomes. The goal of technology planning is to provide technology resources to support District curriculum standards. As a tool, technology is used to assist students in meeting their grade level standards; to prepare them for high school and for productive life in the 21st century.

The start date is July 1, 2011 and the end date is June 30, 2014.
