Various insurances for unexpected life events such as disability, accident, life, and/or income protection is offered through the following insurance carriers. These voluntary plans are at the employees’ own expense. Once membership is obtained with the insurance carrier, authorized premiums will be payroll deducted on a tenthly basis.
